Loft insulation you CAN walk on

Increasing insulation levels in lofts usually means covering over the ceiling joists and valuable storage space is lost.

Seen at Ecobuild March 2011-
Ecoloft from Ecotherm Insualtion (UK) Ltd. Rigid insulation bonded to a tongued and grooved sheet of chipboard. Similar to roofing insulation where plywood is bonded to insulation to provide an instant working deck,Ecoloftcomes in 1200 x 540mm sheets, so that it will fit through a normal loft hatch. Laid at right angles to the ceiling joists, it restores the loft to a usable storage area.
